WHat?

Abundant Springs is a gathering of youth from the Evangelical Mennonite Conference and is held every two years on the Briercrest Campus in Caronport, SK. This discipleship weekend began in 1981 and sees hundreds of EMC Youth from across Canada come together to worship, grow spiritually and have a great time together!

Who’s invited?

Grade 9-12 Students and their youth leaders

(while some exceptions may be made, we do not recommend younger students attend as the weekend schedule is intense and younger students can find it overwhelming)

Jeremy MacDonald

Jeremy MacDonald loves helping people discover that following Jesus is more than just believing the right things—it's a life that's meant to be lived. Whether he's speaking to students, encouraging youth workers, or teaching future ministry leaders, his passion is seeing people take their next step with Jesus.

Jeremy serves as the Director of Operations for Youth Worker Community, where he gets to support and encourage youth workers from across Canada. He also serves as a Teaching Pastor at Tidal Church in Moncton, New Brunswick.

With years of experience serving in the local church, Jeremy has a way of communicating God's Word that's both honest and practical. He loves asking real questions, pointing people to Jesus, and helping students discover that faith isn't just something for Sundays—it's something that shapes every part of life.

this year’s Theme

John 1:14 says…
“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

When we encounter the Glory & Grace of Jesus we will be transformed and so our goal is to prepare a place for student and leaders to encounter Jesus.

Our Special Guests

Tehillah Worship is a Canadian music collective based out of First Assembly Church in Calgary, Alberta. They aspire to equip and encourage the Canadian church to move God’s heart with new songs and music. They believe the beauty and light of Jesus can change a nation, and that music and the arts are a massive medium that God will use to spark renewal and revitalization in our land. Their eighth album, Miracle In The Making, was released in September of 2024.

Tehillah Worship

Matt Falk is a comedian, writer and actor who the CBC called, “Effortlessly Funny.” You’ve heard him on Sirius Satellite Radio, Laugh Out Loud and The Debaters. His Dry Bar Comedy specials have millions of views collectively online and 3 of his comedy albums reached #1 on the iTunes Comedy charts. You’ve seen him at The Ha!lifax Comedy Festival, The Winnipeg Comedy Festival and the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. He was named one of the “BEST OF THE FEST” at the Burbank Comedy Festival in California and he placed 2nd in The World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas.

How do I Register?

Youth/Parents

If you attend an EMC Church, please talk to your youth leaders and let them know that you want to attend. You can only register with a group that has filled out an Intent to Register and that must be completed by a youth leader.
