This weekend has already seen many relationships being grown and strengthened. However, our youth come from different ethnic backgrounds, home situations and spiritual understanding. Pray that God’s love will bring us together and that our students will be unified.

When we got here, the weather was forecasted for a whole lot of rain. Thankfully, it has remained mostly dry, with the exception of some light rain and some lightening that knocked out the power on friday night. Please pray for good weather for outdoor activites as well as travel home.

God is already moving among these students! Please pray for an outpouring of God’s mercy and salvation during the weekend.

Session One - For Such A Time As This

Session one was a great start to the weekend. Our worship team, hailing from Kleefeld, MB, led us in worship as we focused in on the theme of the weekend - Not To Us.

Abundant Springs 2011 is just around the corner! No, literally, the stage is just around the corner. As I write this, hundreds of youth from all over the country are on their way here. We (the Abundant Springs Committee) are bursting with excitement for the conference to start! The dorms are clean and ready, the food is cooking, the guitars are tuned and the lights are hot! Get ready!
